SERVICES
1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT AS A SERVICE (PMaaS)
Your projects are stalling. Internal capacity is stretched. We step in as your Interim Project Manager – leading complex industrial projects from kick-off to delivery.
2. PRODUCT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT AS A SERVICE (PLMaaS)
Your PLM system is a bottleneck, not an enabler. We design, implement, and maintain your PLM – independent of software (ENOVIA, Windchill, Teamcenter). We optimize ECOs, ECRs, BOMs, and documentation processes – and create a video library so your users solve problems themselves.
PRODUCTS
3. CULTURAL INTEGRATION PACKAGES (CIP)
25% of international professionals consider leaving Germany within the first year. The cost of losing them? Up to 2x their annual salary. Our 12-module program helps you integrate international talent – from bureaucracy and housing to culture and taxes.
4. MINDBOLTS
Short, focused videos designed to deliver clear messages for marketing, training, and internal communication — especially for teams working with limited time and budget.
